Senior Agile Delivery Manager

Join the UK’s largest dedicated parcel delivery company, an organization handling over 700 million parcels annually for major global retailers. As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will be the catalyst for predictable, value-focused delivery across cross-functional engineering teams. Your mission is to embed flow principles, use data-driven insights to remove systemic blockers, and partner with Product and Engineering Managers to elevate team health and performance.

Engagement Details

Duration: April 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027 (Long-term).

Rate: Max 130-140 PLN/h.

Location: 100% Remote (EU/Poland-based contractors welcome).

English Level: C1/C2 (High proficiency required).

Responsibilities

Optimize Flow: Implement and refine agile methods (Kanban, Scrum) using flow metrics to forecast and improve predictability.

Data-Driven Leadership: Use forecasting techniques and flow metrics (percentiles, trend analysis) to manage stakeholder expectations and performance.

Remove Blockers: Identify and eliminate systemic bottlenecks and smooth cross-team coordination.

Coaching & Facilitation: Mentor teams in agile best practices and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical audiences.

Tooling: Utilize Jira professionally (experience with Actionable Agile or PowerBI is a significant plus).
