The ideal profile of the candidate:
- Fluent in German and English
- Knowledgeable in the Swiss Payroll domain (it can be also polish ones)
- Able to communicate directly with clients and partners
- Requirements Engineering and Project Management (classic towards certain partners and agile team driven internally) skills
- Driven to bring the Payroll product to the next level
- Requirements gathering (various stakeholders like customer success, dev but also clients or partners like Swisslife)
- User story creation
- Acceptance testing
- Release communication
- ... etc. everything when kind of owning the product - so we are looking broader not only for BAs but potentially also for a PO profile
- Ready to visit client sometimes and work on-site mode
We offer you to work with great customers, startup-ish clients and bigger well-respected ones from the United States, Western Europe, Scandinavia, Israel, in the Agile environment. You can expect regular feedback, best work equipment (depends on your need - computer, screen, etc.), English lessons covered by the company. Also, we would like to offer you a dedicated budget for education. You can use it to attend conferences, workshops etc. Because of working remotely, we try to integrate people as much is it is possible, so be prepared for the regular company-wide retreats - we meet in person to work and play together.
