We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Senior QA Automation Engineer (f/m/d) to become part of our Solution Team at SAP Fioneer ESG Solutions.

Your responsibilities

· Play a key role in the end-to-end quality assurance and testing of deliverables

· Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand specifications and create test documentation

· Design and implement high-quality automated tests according to technology best practices

· Perform manual quality checks to supplement automated tests

· Define, prepare, and manage test data sets for manual and automated tests

· Identify, reproduce, report, and track software defects

· Work in an agile environment as part of a cross-functional team

What we expect

· 4+ years of experience in the field of Test Automation

· Knowledge of QA theory, methodologies, and tools

· Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript at a level that allows you to write customizable and reusable automated test cases

· Experience with E2E testing (Playwright or any other modern JavaScript testing framework)

· Experience with REST API testing

· Ability to read and interpret logs

· Experience with SQL queries and database basics

· Comprehensive level of proficiency in the English language, particularly in a professional context

· Have a keen eye for detail and strive for excellence

· Strong desire to constantly learn new skills and develop your abilities

· “Can do attitude” and taking ownership

Nice to have

· Experience with Security/Performance testing

· Familiarity with CI/CD tools
