The Team:
Automotive Mastermind provides a proprietary automated sales and marketing SaaS platform for dealerships based in the US. We empower dealers to close more deals by predicting future buyers and consistently marketing to them. In short, we help automotive dealerships generate success in their loyalty, service, and conquest portfolios through a combination of turnkey predictive analytics, proactive marketing and dedicated consultative services.
Responsibilities and Impact:
- Lead a scrum team of developers
- Gather and analyze business requirements and transform them into innovative application solutions
- Participate in establishing processes and best practices around development standards, version control, quality control, deployment, maintenance and change management
- Develop frameworks and tools to process and analyze large amounts of data for business analytics
- Collaborate closely with other developers, front-end designers, stakeholders and internal customers
- Lead on-time, high quality delivery of products through the entire application lifecycle
- Act as mentor and coach to team members. Promote knowledge sharing across product development teams
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- 8+ experience as Software Developer with 4+ experience as team leader
- Full project life-cycle experience – in Python
- Ability to translate business strategies into comprehensive, pragmatic technology solutions and execution plans (roadmaps)
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline or substantially equivalent experience
- Fluency in English, spoken and written
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Back-end data modeling
- Develop apps that run on a cloud infrastructure - Google Cloud, Azure, AWS
- Big Query, Google Dataflow, Apache Beam or other data processing workflows experience
- Docker, Kubernetes
- Testing frameworks, XUnit, Moq
