Your responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line (L2) support for end users – troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with other teams for escalations

  • Support and maintain selected 3rd party applications and systems

  • Manage user accounts and identity through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

  • Administer cloud services (Azure, Microsoft 365)

  • Manage endpoints using Intune and/or Configuration Manager (SCCM)

  • Manage DNS entries and basic infrastructure services

  • Perform license management across cloud and on-prem services (e.g. M365 licenses, 3rd party tools)

  • Monitor IT infrastructure, manage alerts and respond to incidents in coordination with support teams

  • Identify areas for improvement and actively contribute to process enhancements

  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles


Our requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Service Desk or similar IT support role

  • Basic knowledge of on-premises and cloud environments (Azure, M365)

  • Good command of English (B2 level) – both written and spoken

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in various IT domains

  • Awareness of security principles in IT (IAM, access controls)

  • Please attach CVs in English


Nice to have:

  • Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (e.g. MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900)

  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (Jira, FreshService)

  • Basic PowerShell scripting skills

  • Experience or knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) tools

  • Experience using remote support tools (TeamViewer)

  • Understanding of ITIL framework
