Provide local and global technical support
Inventory is constantly expanding the available toolset: Info-Gate, RTBEval, Prebid, Prebid Server, Secure Signals, Publisher Panel, Sellers.json, additional integrated functionalities in campaigns panel, pilot campaigns runs etc. The Operations team being trained in the technical specifics of those subjects can help to work more closely with i.e., Programmatic Media Partners, Technical Account Managers, or Traffic teams and provide quick response for their inventory needs and questions, as well as with publishers or SSP’s direct queries.
Provide technical insights for strategic publishers and increase our awareness
There is potential to strengthen our relationship with publishers by providing technical optimisation support that can range from quick integration debugging to website performance analysis. This is something currently done proactively by Google for its premium publishers. There may be a way to scale this to a bigger audience if we manage to implement a well-defined framework. The second most important area of inventory and our team's responsibility is monitoring and ensuring the quality and accessibility of inventory on publishers' pages globally.
Your Responsibilities:
Support and maintain internal reports according to Inventory PMP’s or SSP’s needs,
Build reports fit for local requests and analytic needs, using our GBQ databases,
Provide technical insights/debugging for our current publisher integrations,
Support the automation of monitoring of quality and access to publishers' inventories globally,
Solve requests received through our ticketing system,
Provide deep dives, and analysis in case of discrepancies or issues in inventory-related subjects,
Set up, run and optimise pilot/test campaigns for inventory teams needs.
Desired Experience:
Advanced knowledge in SQL or NoSQL;
At least basic frontend/web technologies knowledge - HTML, CSS, JS;
Experience with Browser Dev Tools (ie. Chrome DevTools);
Experience with creating reports and dashboards - preferably Looker Studio;
Proficient in English;
Great communication skills;
Nice to have:
Experience with the ad-tech industry - for example, as a Traffic Specialist or Technical Account Manager, AdOps Specialist,
Experience with G Suite, Google 360, Google Ads, Google Authorised Buyers, etc.,
Have basic knowledge about Prebid JS integrations and ad servers (mainly Google Ad Manager) debugging,
Any basic knowledge in web development stacks: preferably MEVN or MERN.
