Position Overview:

For one of our partners, we are seeking a Business Support – MS Dynamics who will be responsible for Business Support – MS Dynamics with CRM. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to the success of our partner organization.


Technology Focus: Microsoft Dynamics (functional support & user coordination)

Languages: German (B2/C1) and English (C1) required

Job Requirements:

•       3–5 years of experience in user-facing functional support roles within Microsoft Dynamics environments

•       Experience supporting users across Dynamics 365 CRM/Finance/Operations modules

•       Ability to triage incidents, guide users, and document recurring issues for further system optimization

•       Familiarity with basic Dynamics configuration (e.g. workflows, views, dashboards) is a strong plus

•       Skilled in preparing and maintaining user documentation and process manuals

•       Previous experience working in multilingual/multinational teams

•       Fluent English (C1) and proficient German (minimum B2) for daily communication and ticket handling

•       Customer-oriented approach with strong interpersonal and coordination skills
