The Position

ERP Solution Consultant - SAP Transport Management

The ERP Solution Consultant delivers SAP TM solutions by demonstrating good ERP business analysis knowledge and a basic to intermediate understanding of business processes. Your work will leave a direct impact on our team and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Backlog Management: Defining, ordering, and refining Product Backlog items to align with business goals.

• Product Strategy: Support the development of a TM strategy and roadmap to guide development.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with Supply Chain stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and communicate product updates.

• Development Collaboration: Working with Scrum teams to define, build, and validate product features during sprints.

Qualifications and Skills

• SAP TM Expertise & Delivery: Proven experience as an SAP TM Consultant and System/Product Owner, with a track record of independently delivering ERP solutions and managing product-level decisions.

• Business Analysis & Technical Insight: Strong knowledge of ERP IT Business Analysis, software development lifecycles, and the ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable technical requirements.

• Strategic Prioritization: High capability to prioritize tasks and accurately report status at the product level, ensuring high-quality delivery under tight deadlines.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and articulate the business impact of technical work on medium-to-large engagements.

• Collaborative Leadership: A strong collaborative mindset focused on fostering teamwork, soliciting ideas, and adhering to rigorous quality processes. Process Analysis: Solid understanding of data, usability, and process analysis, backed by intermediate domain knowledge of business processes.

• Salary range 14,175 - 26,325 PLN gross based on the employment contract.
