SAP WCM Consultant (Work Clearance Management)

Join a strategic international project where you will play a key role in designing and optimizing SAP Work Clearance Management (WCM) processes focused on safety and Permit to Work scenarios. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders and contribute to building compliant, efficient, and scalable solutions in a fully remote setup.

• Project length: 6 months with possible extensions

• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland

Your responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP WCM processes aligned with Permit to Work requirements

• Analyze and map business processes (Permit / NAN / Erlaubnisschein) to SAP standard functionalities

• Configure key SAP WCM components, including work clearances, isolation procedures, and safety measures

• Define dependencies, validations, and system checks, ensuring process integrity

• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and create solution documentation

• Ensure compliance with client safety standards, operational procedures, and regulations

We pay attention to candidates who have

• Proven experience as an SAP WCM Consultant (S/4HANA or ECC)

• Strong understanding of Permit to Work, NAN, and Erlaubnisschein processes

• Hands-on experience in configuring SAP WCM components (work clearances, safety measures, dependencies)

• Ability to translate business and safety requirements into effective SAP solutions

• Experience in utilities, energy, or asset-intensive industries (nice to have)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
