We do #Code4life creating innovative software that helps doctors, patients and scientists around the world.
We need Expert Agile Coach who has:
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach;
- extensive experience working with teams to help them deliver value;
- experience with interacting with business stakeholders, ability to influence decision making, and ability to help with setting goals, vision of team or products;
- ability to deconstruct problems and find best solutions / strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- experience in workshop facilitation (Story Mapping, Impact Mapping, and all similar helping to recognize value and organize work) will be added advantage;
- ability to synthesize and communicate ideas;
- will to provide directions for the successful completion of product development and assuring its quality;
- excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and oral);
