    Requirements

    • Minimum of five years' experience as a Specialist supporting applications, including analysis and resolution of incidents, problems, and changes; second-line support experience preferred.
    • Higher education, minimum engineer or bachelor's degree.
    • Proficiency in SQL/MS SQL, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, and SharePoint.
    • Knowledge of the Documentum platform for system services based on Documentum.
    • Proven ability to plan and organize team work efficiently.
    • ITIL Foundation Certificate.
    • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
    • Strong analytical skills with a general understanding of business processes.
    • Experience with Windows Server 2008, SQL Server 2008, and IIS 7.
    • Familiarity with HP ALM / HP Quality Center from an administrative perspective is a plus.
    • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills.
    • Experience in the pharma industry or an international company is desirable.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and business processes.
    • Supervisory experience overseeing Junior Specialists.
