System Test Lead

For our US business partner (financial/trading industry), we are looking for a System Test Lead!

✔️ You will play a key role within the Core Infrastructure team, working across multiple development teams to create a consistent and unified approach to system testing. This role will be instrumental in enabling rapid feature delivery by simplifying and optimizing system regression testing

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software/system testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• 2+ years in financial markets
• Strong proficiency in Python, particularly for test automation and scripting (e.g. PyTest)
• Proven experience with system integration tooling and protocols, including TCP/UDP, FIX, MS SQL, Kafka, and Redis
• Able to read & understand modern C++ code (17/20)
• Experience with working on both Windows and Linux platforms
• English min. B2+/C1

Nice to have

• University degree (preferably in IT or similar)
• Fixed Income experience
• Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly GitLab and Ansible
• Automated UI testing (TypeScript)
• Bash scripting

Location: 100% remote

Working hours: Starting from 12:00 or ideally from 2 PM CET to have the overlap with the US team in the Eastern Time zone (especially during the onboarding process)

Wages:

• 27,000 PLN - 34,000 PLN net + VAT / month / B2B
• 6,200 € - 7,900 € net + VAT / month / B2B
• 6,600 $ - 8,300 $ net + VAT / month / B2B
