Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.

We're looking for a Technology Services Specialist to equip our engineering and product teams with core technical tools and support code at a pace that defines the industry.

What you'll be doing

• Engineering and architecting the Atlassian Ecosystem, ensuring Jira, Confluence, and integrated tools are optimised for a global, high-growth fintech environment

• Partnering with strategic stakeholders across the business to design and implement bespoke Atlassian solutions and workflows that drive efficiency

• Developing creative automation and AI-driven initiatives to build scalable solutions and deliver a seamless end-user experience

• Providing high-level technical support across the critical IT and SaaS landscape to ensure internal platform reliability and performance

• Standardising technical tools to streamline the transition from idea to production

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate tools and push the limits of technology to support a world-class internal infrastructure

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in an IT systems engineering or platform role, with a proven track record of building and maintaining scalable SaaS infrastructure

• Expertise across the Atlassian suite, with the ability to architect complex Jira workflows that streamline business-critical requests and processes

• Experience managing and securing a modern enterprise stack, including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, and Figma

• Proficiency in leveraging APIs (REST/JSON) to integrate disparate SaaS applications and build custom automation scripts that bridge gaps in the technology stack

• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to query complex databases and data warehouses, extract raw data to analyse system performance, audit security logs, and generate custom reports

• A forward-thinking approach to IT, with experience leveraging AI-driven solutions to automate support, enhance documentation, or optimise system performance

• Familiarity with IT administration best practices and system security

• Exceptional project management skills to lead technical initiatives and manage high-pressure incidents with a calm, solution-oriented mindset

• Fluency in English

• Great communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks and manage system configurations at scale

• Exposure to Terraform or CloudFormation for managing cloud-based IT infrastructure and SaaS configurations

• Advanced certifications or expertise in Jamf Pro (macOS/iOS) or Microsoft Intune (Windows/Android) at an enterprise level

• The ability to transform raw SQL queries and complex database schemas into high-impact visual stories using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

Compensation range

• Poland: PLN13,000 - PLN14,500 gross monthly*

• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
