Job description

Salesforce Engineer (Legal Tech project)

Who are we?

We are a fast-growing technology company delivering modern, cloud-based solutions to professional services organizations. Our platform leverages the power of Salesforce to streamline operations, automate complex workflows, improve collaboration, and enable data-driven decision-making. We build technology that genuinely helps people work smarter, not harder.

What do we do (about the product)?

We design and configure Salesforce-based solutions that support matter management, billing processes, workflow automation, document handling, analytics, integrations, stakeholder collaboration, and ongoing operational optimization. Our clients rely on us to reduce friction in their daily work and simplify their most complex operational challenges.

Why do we do it (mission & purpose)?

Legacy systems in professional services are slow, fragmented, and painful to maintain. We aim to:

  • modernize daily operations,

  • eliminate manual repetition,

  • improve visibility and reporting,

  • increase efficiency and adoption.

Our mission is simple: automate the boring parts so teams can focus on meaningful work.

How do we do it?

We combine:

  • Salesforce best practices,

  • scalable declarative automation (Flows),

  • thoughtful platform architecture,

  • continuous improvement cycles,

  • and structured governance.

Our teams partner closely with clients through discovery workshops, current-state analysis, process mapping, solution design, implementation, deployments, and documentation.

Who works for us (team & culture)?

You’ll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of:

  • Salesforce Engineers and Administrators,

  • Functional Consultants,

  • Business Analysts,

  • Product and Project Managers.

We value experimentation, knowledge sharing, documentation, automation, and honest communication. We’re open to new ideas and constantly look for better ways to deliver value.

Why is there a vacancy?

Our client portfolio is expanding quickly, and demand for new features, integrations, and platform improvements continues to grow. To support scaling delivery and onboarding of new customers, we are adding an experienced Salesforce Engineer to the team.

Who are we looking for?

A Salesforce professional who:

  • can independently design scalable configurations,

  • translates requirements into clean, maintainable solutions,

  • communicates clearly with business stakeholders,

  • cares deeply about data quality,

  • embraces documentation and process clarity,

  • and enjoys streamlining complex workflows.

Experience in professional services, legal, or financial domains will be a significant advantage.

What professional skills are important to us?

We care about:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience

  • Hands-on configuration skills (Flows, validation rules, automation, Lightning configuration)

  • Familiarity with integration patterns and connected applications

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and access models

  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data quality

  • Ability to support end users and triage issues

  • Clear written documentation and solution design discipline

  • Salesforce Administrator certification

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I

  • Experience with practice-management-style workflows

  • ETL/integration tooling experience

  • Background in process design and future-state mapping

What will you do on the project?

You will:

  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

  • Configure custom objects, Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and page layouts

  • Design and implement integrations with external systems

  • Manage roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and sandbox environments

  • Develop reports and dashboards for business analytics

  • Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and solution designs

  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and bugs

  • Identify risks and present alternatives

  • Participate in discovery sessions, stakeholder reviews, and cross-team collaboration

  • Support regression testing, change management, and release governance

  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements

What conditions do we offer?

  • Fully remote, flexible working environment

  • Opportunity to influence architecture, roadmap, and processes

  • Diverse, international team with modern delivery practices

  • Clear communication and healthy stakeholder expectations

  • Room for professional growth, training, and certifications

  • Ownership over platform evolution and improvement initiatives
