Our client portfolio is expanding quickly, and demand for new features, integrations, and platform improvements continues to grow. To support scaling delivery and onboarding of new customers, we are adding an experienced Salesforce Engineer to the team.

What professional skills are important to us?
We care about:
3+ years of Salesforce platform experience
Hands-on configuration skills (Flows, validation rules, automation, Lightning configuration)
Familiarity with integration patterns and connected applications
Strong understanding of Salesforce security and access models
Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data quality
Ability to support end users and triage issues
Clear written documentation and solution design discipline
Salesforce Administrator certification
Nice to have:
Salesforce Platform Developer I
Experience with practice-management-style workflows
ETL/integration tooling experience
Background in process design and future-state mapping
What will you do on the project?
You will:
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Configure custom objects, Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and page layouts
Design and implement integrations with external systems
Manage roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and sandbox environments
Develop reports and dashboards for business analytics
Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and solution designs
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and bugs
Identify risks and present alternatives
Participate in discovery sessions, stakeholder reviews, and cross-team collaboration
Support regression testing, change management, and release governance
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements
