Support Engineer (L3)
Responsibilities
Provide L3 support on Data and AI Foundations components.
Perform deep technical analysis and root cause investigations.
Design and implement corrective fixes on foundations components.
Improve robustness, performance, and reliability of shared components.
Support L1 teams during complex incident resolution.
Document technical issues, fixes, and preventive actions.
Contribute to the stabilization and continuous improvement of the RUN.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong technical background in application or platform support.
Solid development skills (Python or equivalent).
Experience with APIs and distributed systems.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
Experience working in production environments.
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure).
Excellent communication in English and Polish will round off your profile.
Availability to work in a hybrid mode with at least 1 visit in the office per month.
