Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect with moderate experience to support the design, implementation, and improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with D365 applications, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate requirements into scalable and practical solutions.

In this role, you will also bring an AI-aware and innovation-focused mindset, helping the business identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, Microsoft Copilot capabilities, Power Platform, data-driven insights, and intelligent business processes.

This position is ideal for someone who has worked on multiple D365 projects and is ready to take more ownership of solution design, stakeholder engagement, and modern digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.

• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs.

• Support the configuration, customization, integration, and deployment of D365 applications.

• Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, business analysts, project managers, and business users.

• Identify opportunities to use automation, AI, and data insights to improve business processes.

• Support the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, Power Automate, and other intelligent tools where relevant.

• Recommend practical AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and user experience.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.

• Provide guidance on integrations between D365, Power Platform, Azure services, reporting tools, and third-party systems.

• Assist with data migration, testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.

• Review existing D365 environments and suggest improvements, including automation and AI-readiness opportunities.

Qualifications

• A university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or a similar field.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

• Understanding of D365 configuration, customization, workflows, security roles, business rules, and data models.

• Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into practical solution designs.

• Basic understanding of integrations, APIs, data migration, reporting, and system architecture.

• Awareness of AI-enabled business applications, automation opportunities, and intelligent process improvement.

• Interest in using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Azure AI services.

• Ability to assess whether AI or automation adds real business value rather than applying technology without purpose.

• Experience working in Agile or project-based delivery environments.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.

• Open to working in a hybrid mode, with 1 day per month at our office in Katowice.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Power Platform AI capabilities.

• Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, or Azure AI services.

• Knowledge of Power BI reporting and data visualization.

• Understanding of responsible AI, data governance, and security principles.

• Experience with enterprise architecture or solution architecture frameworks.

• Previous experience in industries such as finance, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, logistics, or professional services.
