We are an early-stage company building autonomous AI agents for enterprise supply chains. We work with ERP systems, email, and other tools, connecting information and showing important issues as soon as they appear. Instead of people searching for problems in many systems, the right issue comes with full context, ready for an agent to act.

Our agents do real operational tasks like order intake, collections, purchase order matching, freight invoice checks, and payment reconciliation. We work with companies that produce and move physical goods. Our partners come from industries like fashion, industrial products, and consumer brands. We help reduce process time by up to 75%.

We are a small team working mostly async, based around Copenhagen. We are building something meaningful. If you like working fast, using real enterprise data, and helping shape AI in supply chains, we would like to hear from you.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with experience in agent workflows and multi-agent systems. You will not only connect APIs, but also design how agents think, use tools, and solve complex problems like bank reconciliation or logistics tasks on their own. This role is for someone who knows that RAG is only the beginning. You will decide how agents interact, improve themselves, and complete tasks in complex enterprise systems.

This role suits someone comfortable with unclear situations. We will not give detailed instructions. We will share user problems, and you will find the best solutions.

What You Will Do

• Take full ownership of problems, from understanding user needs to delivering solutions

• Design and build advanced multi-agent systems beyond simple RAG

• Make important technical decisions and define system architecture

• Work independently and improve agent performance and reliability

• Deliver updates often and improve based on real use

• Communicate clearly in writing and work in an async team

Technical Requirements

• Solid backend fundamentals - you've built and shipped production systems

• Advanced multi-agent orchestration experience - moving beyond simple chatbots to complex, action-oriented loops

• Production agent ops experience - evals, tracing, observability, prompt versioning

• LLM/agent experience - tool-use patterns, agents that call APIs, and autonomous reasoning

• Workflow orchestration experience (Airflow, Prefect, LangGraph, or similar)

• Data integration experience across APIs, webhooks, file ingestion, ETL, or similar

• Strong SQL and relational database skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with graph databases or complex data models

• Experience in early-stage startups

Our Stack (You Can Learn It)

• Golang (backend, monolith architecture)

• Vue/Nuxt (frontend, but this role focuses on backend)

• GCP, PostgreSQL

• Agent orchestration frameworks (for example, LangGraph)
