👉 This role will focus on a rapidly changing environment, adding the necessary surveillance, expertise and long-term perspectives to the work carried out in this space.
You will work closely with your team, process owners and end-users.
Main tasks:
- Providing expertise in the continuous improvement of products and tools
- Identification of problems between strategic architecture and implementation of a supplier's solution
- Understanding processes and translating projects into prototypes
- Assess ServiceNow changes (updates, corrections) and ensure compliance with the strategy
Must have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent cooperation skills
- Comprehensive problem-solving skills
- The ability to communicate complex technical information to both engineers and senior management.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of IT environments in financial institutions
- Previous experience in managing IT services in the IT environment of large enterprises.
