We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach who will introduce an Agile methodology and lead cross-functional teams for a client. Someone who can teach five values of SCRUM: Commitment, Courage, Focus, Openness (Transparency) and Respect.
Responsibilities:
- Training and implementing of the Agile mindset for teams and roles according to their levels to ensure they are applying Agile Best Practices.
- Developing a stronger and deeper Agile culture in both delivery and new teams.
- Teaching the importance of maintaining appropriate metrics enabling not only continuous development and improvement, but also facilitating management.
- Conducting level-based training sessions to support teams and roles to stay engaged in an Agile mindset.
Requirements:
- Certificates confirming knowledge of SCRUM or Kanban.
- Knowledge of Agile techniques and practices such as: SCRUM, Kanban, Lean, XP, SAFe, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, TDD.
- Coaching experience.
- Experience in working and managing several Agile teams at the same time.
- Knowledge and understanding of Software Life Cycle.
- Knowledge of Agile tools: Jira, Confluence and MS tools.
