Security Engineer (Cloud Security)

Job Overview

We seek a Security Engineer who will design, build and maintain software solutions that enable internal teams to interact with cloud resources and applications securely. Create applications and tools that provide actionable security items as well as tools for other Relativity engineers to easily produce secure software. Advise engineering teams on the design and implementation of a secure SDLC for the products they own.

Job Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Build and operate internal cloud security tooling.

• Apply software development best practices.

• Reduce technical debt through automation.

• Advocate for security improvements and mentor others. 

Minimum qualifications:

• 2+ years in software development (such as C#, Python, or Java).

• Experience with cloud tech (preferably Azure), DevSecOps, and automation tools (e.g., GitHub Actions).

• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn across engineering and security.

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience. 

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience securing cloud-native apps and networks.

• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning and threat protection.

• Certifications: AZ-500, SC-300.

• Knowledge of Zero Trust and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

• Exposure to other cloud platforms.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

138 000 and 206 000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
