Job Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Enablement Engineer to join our Engineering Systems team. This role begins with a focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and provisioning automation and evolves into a broader enablement function—empowering engineering teams to adopt platform capabilities, improve the developer experience, and scale best practices across the organization. By scaling DevOps culture and automation across the organization, we aim to accelerate delivery, improve reliability, and foster continuous improvement—providing standardized, automated, and cost-efficient solutions for a seamless, self-service developer experience.



Job Description and Requirements

Responsibilities

  • DevOps Advocacy: Collaborate with engineering teams to promote DevOps principles, automation, and shared platform capabilities.

  • Enablement Support: Contribute to onboarding and training efforts by preparing materials and assisting in sessions on Engineering Systems tools, DevOps practices, and platform services.

  • Platform Operations: Maintain and improve workflows automation, orchestration pipelines, and supporting infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with teammates and adjacent teams to align enablement efforts with technical roadmaps and best practices. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain clear documentation, FAQs, and how-to guides for internal tools and services.

  • Operational Excellence: Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to improving reliability and observability of Engineering Systems. Metrics Awareness: Support the collection and reporting of adoption and performance metrics to inform enablement improvements.

  • Community Engagement: Participate in Communities of Practice and knowledgesharing sessions to spread best practices across teams.  

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

  • Familiarity with containerization and artifact management tools (e.g., Docker, Artifactory).

  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms, with Azure preferred.

  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus) is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.

  • Awareness of metrics-driven improvement and a willingness to contribute to data-informed decisions.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

181,000 and 271,000PLN


The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
