Job Description and Requirements

Responsibilities As an Advanced Software Engineer, you’ll help drive product development by: 

• Working with the team to solve challenging problems and deliver software that scales with fast-growing data. 

• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. 

• Troubleshooting and fixing issues, including client-specific problems. 

• Taking on second-line technical support once you’ve gained experience—jumping in when urgent client issues need a developer’s touch. 

Qualifications 

• 2+ years of experience in C# development (TypeScript/React is a strong plus). 

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Git, GitHub) and observability platforms (New Relic, Grafana). 

• Cloud knowledge is a big plus (we use Azure with Kubernetes). 

• Good communication in English. 

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

146 000 and 218 000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
