Project Overview

You will join an established integration team responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and migrating enterprise integration services within a large banking environment.

The team operates under a “build it, run it, own it” model — covering the full lifecycle from requirements analysis through development and production support.

You will collaborate closely with international teams based in Kraków and Düsseldorf, supporting business-critical integrations across core banking systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of data integration processes

• Supporting service maintenance and migration initiatives

• Analysis of technical requirements related to integration challenges

• Designing technical architectures for integration solutions

• Implementing scalable enterprise integration patterns

• Supporting CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments

• Collaboration with distributed international teams

• Ensuring integration solutions are production-ready and maintainable

Required Skills & Experience

Core Integration Experience

• Strong experience with:

  • IBM Integration Bus (IIB) V10

  • IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) V12

  • Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) tools

• IBM Sterling Transformation Extender (ITX)

• WebSphere MQ messaging

• Integration development & architecture design

DevOps / CI-CD

• GitHub

• Jenkins

• CI/CD integration delivery pipelines

• Integration deployment automation

Technical Skills

• Unix / Linux (basic administration knowledge)

• SQL (preferably DB2)

• JUnit automated testing

• Service integration lifecycle experience

Language

• English — Upper Intermediate (minimum)

Nice to Have

• German language skills

• IBM InfoSphere DataStage (ETL)

• Banking or financial services experience

• Migration project exposure
