Position Overview: As a Machine Learning Engineer you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying state-of-the-art machine learning models that power our products and services. You will work closely with a team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to create scalable AI solutions that deliver real value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Conduct data analysis and pre-processing to ensure high-quality input for model training.
• Implement robust and scalable machine learning pipelines.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed models, ensuring they meet the desired metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies, incorporating relevant findings into our projects.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming language
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Polish is a plus.
