1st Line Support Engineer with English

R Systems is looking for a talented Support Engineer with English to join our new team focused on the First Line Support.

This is an excellent opportunity for people with an IT experience and beginners looking to jump-start their careers in the field of information technology to embark with us on an adventure and learn new technologies, especially Cloud technologies.

Your responsibilities

Escalate issues in line with operational processes to ensure SLA performance is adhered to

Actively communicate the status of issues & events, tracking actions to ensure an appropriate audit trail is in placeLog and document issues & communication via operational tools, web, email and phone

Our requirements

• Preferably degree in Computer Science or similar, even with very little experience (students are also welcome)
• Good level of spoken and written English as you will be working in the international environmentA can-do attitude and a proven eagerness to learn and acquire new skills
• Ability to work in shifts 24/7 (of course, your schedule and life-work balance will be greatly considered)
• Level head, calm and clear thinking, open-minded, and flexibility, excellent communication skills

• Working experience with Cloude Storage Concept S3, Google Drive etc.
