Senior Business System Analyst

What you'll be doing:

• Gathering, defining, and documenting requirements for IT systems.
• Designing user-friendly interfaces that make sense for both users and developers.
• Working closely with the project team, ensuring smooth communication and teamwork.
• Analyzing data and presenting it visually to help drive decisions.
• Translating client needs into clear solutions and deliverables.
• Visualizing system dependencies and connections to ensure robust architecture.
• Supporting projects implemented using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent English and Polish (min. C1 level) to communicate easily with clients 
• Flexibility to work partially in the afternoons and evenings due to client meetings.
• At least 3 years of experience in business and system analysis.
• Confidence in creating system analyses and solution architectures with UML diagrams.
• Familiarity with requirement description methods like user stories and use cases.
• A basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a business-savvy mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
• Business acumen and ability to navigate complex client needs.

Nice to have:

• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Strong IT or software development background.
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers.
