IT Administrator

Promise Group is a leading Microsoft partner in CEE region, offering a wide range of products and services for clients from various economic sectors, including finance, telecommunications, media, energy, manufacturing, trade, services, public administration, education, and healthcare. The company has been operating since 1991 and, since 1996, has been the largest provider of Microsoft solutions in Poland. Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development. 

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of IT Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Updating existing services/solutions;
• Maintain infrastructure in a reactive and proactive mode;
• Administration of systems, products and hardware;
• Consulting, advising, and supporting within the maintained technologies;
• Customer support, resolving tickets, failures and incidents;
• Collaboration with other entities on IT projects;
• Taking an active part in the implementation of projects at clients' sites;
• Developing technical and project documentation and security policies.

Our Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Very good knowledge of: On-premises: Windows Server 2012R2 and newer; AD; Exchange; Hyper-V; SCCM; Sharepoint; ADFS; Network; PKI; Cloud (welcome) - M365; Azure;
• Theoretical knowledge supported by Microsoft technical certifications: MCSE and others (not older than Windows Server 2016, Exchange);
• Communication skills and openness to work with customers (including non-technical ones);
• Ability to think analytically and solve problems;
• Communicative knowledge of English (minimum B1).
