What You'll Do
Lead User Research: Conduct interviews, workshops, and data analysis to understand user needs and define actionable requirements deeply.
Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with users and stakeholders to stay ahead of changing business needs.
Analyze & Improve: Dive into business processes, user tasks, and existing systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
Drive the Product Roadmap: Help prioritize initiatives and contribute to the vision of our evolving product.
Design Effective Solutions: Create solutions that strike the perfect balance between functionality, usability, and complexity.
Collaborate with UI Designers: Work closely with designers to transform complex ideas into clear, intuitive interfaces.
Ensure Alignment: Communicate effectively with stakeholders and developers to ensure seamless alignment between business goals and user experience.
Iterate & Test: Actively engage in the development process, from discussions to testing and iteration, to continuously enhance user experience.
Improve the User Journey: Evaluate and enhance user experiences across the entire product lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
Strong Listening Skills: You’re an active listener who engages, empathizes, and understands the needs of users and stakeholders.
Analytical & Conceptual Thinking: You can see patterns, think systemically, and apply root-cause analysis to solve complex problems.
Excellent Communication: You can clearly communicate complex ideas to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
10+ Years of Experience: In UX/UI, Human Factors, Product Management, or related fields.
User-Centered Expertise: A deep understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and human factors.
People Skills: You navigate conversations with diplomacy, persuasion, and openness to feedback.
Prioritization Skills: You’re able to prioritize tasks and create solutions that align with both user needs and business goals.
Project Management Experience: You manage multiple assignments, driving them to completion.
