In this role, you’ll blend research, problem-solving, and design thinking to create solutions that drive real business impact.

    What You’ll Do

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with users and stakeholders to stay ahead of evolving business needs.
    • Analyze business processes, user tasks, and existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
    • Help prioritize initiatives and contribute to the product roadmap.
    • Create solutions that balance functionality, usability, and complexity based on project scope and priorities.
    • Work with UI Designer to translate complex concepts into clear, intuitive user interfaces.
    • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure alignment between business goals and user experience.
    • Actively participate in the development process, from front-end and back-end discussions to testing and iteration.
    • Continuously analyze and improve user experience throughout the product lifecycle.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong listening skills. You actively engage, empathize, and truly hear what users and stakeholders need.
    • Sharp analytical and conceptual thinking. You see patterns, think in systems, and apply root-cause analysis to solve problems effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills. You can convey complex ideas across different teams and skill sets.
    • 10+ years of experience in UX/UI, Human Factors, Product Management, or related fields.
    • Deep understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and human factors.
    • People skills. You can navigate conversations diplomatically, persuade, and be open to persuasion.
    • Strong prioritization abilities. You understand business needs and shape solutions accordingly.
    • Project management experience. You can handle multiple assignments and drive them to completion.

If you are eager to drive meaningful change and excel in solving complex design challenges, we encourage you to apply. Please note that a portfolio showcasing at least one comprehensive back-office system is required.
