Software Engineer for OT/Manufacturing Solutions

As a Software Engineer for OT/Manufacturing Solutions, you will play a key role in our digital transformation journey, driving the adoption of touchless manufacturing and autonomous operations within the Command Center program. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable OT/IT applications, ensuring their performance, reliability, and alignment with our vision of an autonomous supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Command Center Integration: Design and integrate OT/IT applications into the Command Center ecosystem, enabling seamless real-time monitoring and autonomous decision-making.

• Champion Digital Transformation: Evolve applications towards touchless operations by leveraging .NET/C#, AI, data analytics, and advanced digital technologies.

• Develop Automation Solutions: Build and enhance automation strategies for OT/Manufacturing applications, increasing efficiency, scalability, and reducing manual interventions.

• Ensure Operational Excellence: Provide Level 3 (L3) support and troubleshooting for managed applications, ensuring business continuity and strengthening resilience through innovative support models.

• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with P&G teams, vendors, and manufacturing sites to align digital solutions with shared operational and strategic goals.

• Foster Knowledge Sharing: Promote DevOps practices and share best practices across teams to accelerate adoption of digital manufacturing solutions.

Requirements:

• Solid technical proficiency with programming languages, especially .NET/C# (required), as well as practical knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Windows Administration, combined with a passion for algorithmic thinking and digital innovation.

• Experience in industrial automation technologies (PLC, SCADA, related systems) with a vision for touchless operations, highly desirable but not required.

• Strong understanding of IT principles, information security, operational excellence, and IT stewardship, with an eye towards digital transformation (nice to have).

• Exceptional ability to independently analyze complex business challenges, identify patterns, and communicate innovative solutions to non-IT stakeholders (nice to have).
