Python Tech Lead with AI

At Pretius we are looking for Python Tech Lead with AI to a project in the financial industry, international team.

Project / Role

• Design and implement modern applications while contributing to high-performance solution architecture.

• Create clear, maintainable project documentation and support software deployments.

• Collaborate with users to resolve issues and present implementations to clients.

• Approach solution creation creatively within the project cycle.

• Support and mentor junior developers within the team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of expertise in Python and SDLC.

• Deep understanding of LLMs, transformers, embeddings, and agentic AI design patterns.

• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Crew AI to improve and evaluate RAG systems.

• Ability to design scalable, resilient, and secure end-to-end systems using microservices and event-driven architectures.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms and manage both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Knowledge of software engineering practices including code reviews, debugging, and version control.

• Ability to manage CI/CD pipelines and deploy containerized AI solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with logging, monitoring, and security protocols like IAM, RBAC, and VPC firewalls.

• Expertise in developing web applications capable of asynchronous processing and handling large data sets.
