About the Client:

We are looking for a Validation Lead for our client in the pharmaceutical industry. This person will oversee validation activities for a genAI‑based, global, data‑driven decision‑support system designed to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness for diagnostic instruments. The system’s primary purpose is to optimize instrument performance and service delivery by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing service‑relevant instrument data.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in AI/LLM projects, including validation of AI‑driven solutions.

• Understanding of generative AI systems and familiarity with regulatory and quality requirements applicable to AI‑based products.

• Hands‑on experience with validation in regulated environments (GxP, ISO, FDA/EMA).

• Ability to define validation strategy, risk assessment, acceptance criteria and documentation for AI‑driven products.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into regulatory‑ready documentation.

• Fluent English in speech and writing.
