Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of a high-impact software platform for a Scandinavian client. If you’re passionate about creating stunning, cohesive user interfaces and have a knack for color schemes, typography, and branding, this role is for you!

What you'll do:

➡️ Take ownership of the Design System and refine its components for coherence and usability.

➡️ Design visually compelling dashboards and components aligned with branding and user needs.

➡️ Collaborate with developers to provide ready-to-use, polished design components.

➡️ Use tools like Figma to deliver high-quality designs efficiently.

➡️ Participate in discussions to articulate and justify design choices.

What we expect from you:

✅ 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on UI.

✅ A strong portfolio showcasing beautiful, functional designs.

✅ Mastery of typography, color schemes, and branding principles.

✅ Experience in software development environments, understanding how designs translate into code.

✅ Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.

✅ Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with attention to detail.

✅ A collaborative mindset, with the ability to discuss and refine your designs based on feedback.

✅ Being available during core hours 10-15

✅ Occasional visits to team gatherings in our Warsaw office (~1 day fortnightly)
