We’re currently seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer (Python) for a long-term project with a US-based client who is building an innovative AI-powered solution to streamline leasing agreements. The application simplifies lease negotiations through an intuitive workflow enhanced with AI/ML capabilities. In this role, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of product development, combining strong technical expertise with strategic direction.

This is a long-term project with no defined end date.

Get ready to…

• Take full ownership of product features and initiatives, including product design decisions and technical direction.

• Contribute as a Lead Full Stack Engineer – deliver high-quality code, make architectural decisions, and mentor team members.

• Design and implement React/Python applications and high-performance APIs using FastAPI.

• Integrate AI solutions, including LLMs (e.g., OpenAI API), into fast-growing products.

• Deploy solutions in containerized environments (Docker) and operate within AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).

• Implement background processing using Celery and Redis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and AI specialists to shape both technical and product strategy.

If you have…

• Willingness to work with a US-based client with partial time overlap (3 PM – 6 PM CET).

• Hands-on experience with Python, React, Typescript, and FastAPI.

• Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL and writing optimized queries.

• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with SQLAlchemy.

• Solid understanding of asynchronous processing (Celery, Redis).

• Experience with Docker and containerized environments.

• Hands-on knowledge of the AWS ecosystem (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).

• Experience with AI-driven tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

• Independence, ownership mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
