Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer (Python + React) to design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications.You will be responsible for delivering robust backend services, interactive front-end features, and reliable end-to-end solutions, while ensuring performance, maintainability, and code quality across the stack.This position focuses on full-stack development and welcomes candidates with hands-on expertise in Python (Django), React, and modern web technologies.The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with a deep understanding of system architecture, best practices, and collaborative agile development.

Responsibilities

• Focusing on clean architecture and maintainable code.

• Bridge the gap between frontend and backend: Collaborate on API design and — if you are up for it — contribute to backend services in Python (Django/FastAPI).

• Operate in a modern DevOps culture, gaining practical exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration for smoother deployments.

• Influence the product: collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional teams to ensure high-end delivery.

• Mentor & Lead: Take ownership of technical topics, conduct code reviews, and gradually transition into leading projects and advising clients on technology choices.

Requirements

Must have:

• Deep commercial experience in web applications development;

• Extensive knowledge of Backend AND Frontend technologies (JS based and Python) with hands-on experience working with React and Django;

• Experience using best practices (CI/CD, TDD, Code Reviews, Design Patterns);

• Experience writing integration and unit tests;

• Experience using code versioning platforms, such as GitHub, GitLab or BitBucket;

• Experience handling various types of databases: SQL (Postgres), NoSQL (MongoDB), key-value (Redis);

• Excellent communication skills;

• English proficiency (minimum B2);

• Customer centric approach and true willingness to “get things done”.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in TypeScript and GraphQL;

• Familiarity with microservice-related technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Kafka);

• Hands-on experience in AWS, GCP and/or Azure;

• Experience working in international, cross-functional teams.
