Unity Developer

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Unity Developer.

Your duties will include: 

• Design, implement, and maintain gameplay systems and tools in Unity (C#)

• Build UI/UX flows, animations, and interactions using Unity UI/UIToolkit

• Optimize memory, rendering, and load times (Profilers, Addressables, asset management)

• Integrate third-party SDKs (analytics, ads/IAP, crash reporting, platform services)

• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following SOLID principles

• Collaborate in code reviews, sprint planning, and cross-disciplinary problem solving

• Set up and improve build pipelines (CI/CD) for iOS/Android/PC/Console

• Diagnose and fix bugs across devices and GPU/CPU profiles

Requirements that must be met:

• 3+ years of professional experience with Unity and C#

• Strong understanding of game architecture, scenes/prefabs, events, and async patterns

• Experience shipping at least one title or interactive app to production

• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows

• Hands-on performance tuning (Frame Debugger, Profiler, GPU/CPU analysis)

• Set up and improve build pipelines (CI/CD) for iOS/Android/PC/Console

• Very good English and Polish
