People More has been in existence for over four years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Training Designer / Content Developer.


Your duties will include:

  • Communicate with Business Departments and elicit training requirements, work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders and wider team to gather requirements, provide relevant updates and action feedback
  • Design, develop, and narrate (including voice recording) different types of training content, including: e-learnings (SCORM, xAPI,…), instructor led trainings, tests/quizzes, evaluation surveys, videos (incl. video editing, voice over etc.), scripts etc., leveraging Gen AI.
  • Create interactive, fresh and modern looking training materials (handouts, manuals, policies) and publishing them in Glencore’s Learning Management System (Cornerstone).
  • Research technical solutions and suggest design ideas, advising Business Departments contacts on the recommended development and implementation approach
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.
  • Recommend and implement creative solutions to enhance the overall learning experience.
  • Ensure all our trainings will be implemented in a consistent way to create a coherent end-user experience, in line with the Corporate Standards
  • Customize learning materials to address diversity of a global audience, ensuring the content is inclusive, accessible, and relevant across different regions

 

Requirements that must be met:

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
  • Experience with Cornerstone learning platform
  • Knowledge of different authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise, Evolve, Elucidat) and ability to decide which technology and tool fits best specific training requirements.
  • Strong training design and training content development experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate Business requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Proficiency with graphical design tools (i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator, Camtasia etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint and Word are essential)
  • Very good English and Polish
  • Perfect communicator, willing to understand the requirements of the business
  • Problem solver with attention to detail.
  • Can work well independently or as a member of a global team.
  • Is proactive, self-starter, with growth mindset
