For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Techical Writer.
Your duties will include:
Author and maintain technical regulated documentation for application development (Technical Design Documents, Configuration Specifications, Technical Installation Plans/Reports, SRS/URS, Validation Plans etc.) in alignment with GxP expectations; create and maintain information architecture, templates, metadata and single sourcing/reuse strategies (structured authoring, content reuse).
Produce validation supporting technical content (system descriptions, configuration details, traceable technical inputs to SDS) based on approved business requirements; have basic technical literacy relevant to SDLC/DevOps (CI/CD concepts, environments, APIs, containers/databases) to accurately author technical content.
Provide technical documentation inputs for Change Management, including detailed descriptions of system changes, technical impact analysis, configuration updates, and implementation notes to support change records and approvals.
Collaborate with Development, QA, Validation and DevOps teams to gather accurate technical details, ensure documentation reflects the implemented solution, and support traceability across the SDLC; work embedded in Agile teams and support sprint planning/estimations; strong stakeholder communication and excellent written/verbal English.
Ensure documentation quality, consistency, and audit readiness by adhering to SOPs, document control standards, versioning, and review/approval workflows applicable to regulated pharma environments; manage full lifecycle documentation (creation, review, approval, release, archival), drive documents through multi level reviews with Quality/Compliance/Governance, support audits/inspections, handle multiple concurrent projects (e.g., 5+), and be proficient with Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF and EDMS (e.g., Veeva Vault).
Requirements that must be met:
2–4 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or a related role (preferably in regulated environments such as pharma, life sciences, or healthcare)
Strong written and verbal English and Polish communication skills with the ability to create clear, structured, and user-friendly technical documentation
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with Agile methodologies
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation such as:
Technical Design Documents
Configuration Specifications
Installation or validation-related documentation
Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., GxP) and basic understanding of documentation standards, SOPs, and audit requirements is an advantage
Ability to structure content effectively
Basic technical literacy
Ability to gather and translate technical input from developers, QA, and DevOps teams into accurate documentation
Experience supporting documentation for change management processes, including describing system changes and technical impact at a detailed but understandable level
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure documentation quality, traceability, and consistency
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across Development, QA, Validation, and Compliance
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple documentation tasks/projects simultaneously
Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools such as:
Confluence and Jira
Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF
Experience with EDMS systems (e.g., Veeva Vault) is a plus
