Job description

Hello,
We are called People More because we treat our employees with respect, but also because the projects we work on are for people and should be easy and pleasant to use. We are technological, but we look at the bigger picture :)
The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Techical Writer.

Your duties will include:

  • Author and maintain technical regulated documentation for application development (Technical Design Documents, Configuration Specifications, Technical Installation Plans/Reports, SRS/URS, Validation Plans etc.) in alignment with GxP expectations; create and maintain information architecture, templates, metadata and single sourcing/reuse strategies (structured authoring, content reuse).

  • Produce validation supporting technical content (system descriptions, configuration details, traceable technical inputs to SDS) based on approved business requirements; have basic technical literacy relevant to SDLC/DevOps (CI/CD concepts, environments, APIs, containers/databases) to accurately author technical content.

  • Provide technical documentation inputs for Change Management, including detailed descriptions of system changes, technical impact analysis, configuration updates, and implementation notes to support change records and approvals.

  • Collaborate with Development, QA, Validation and DevOps teams to gather accurate technical details, ensure documentation reflects the implemented solution, and support traceability across the SDLC; work embedded in Agile teams and support sprint planning/estimations; strong stakeholder communication and excellent written/verbal English.

  • Ensure documentation quality, consistency, and audit readiness by adhering to SOPs, document control standards, versioning, and review/approval workflows applicable to regulated pharma environments; manage full lifecycle documentation (creation, review, approval, release, archival), drive documents through multi level reviews with Quality/Compliance/Governance, support audits/inspections, handle multiple concurrent projects (e.g., 5+), and be proficient with Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF and EDMS (e.g., Veeva Vault).

Requirements that must be met:

  • 2–4 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or a related role (preferably in regulated environments such as pharma, life sciences, or healthcare)

  • Strong written and verbal English and Polish communication skills with the ability to create clear, structured, and user-friendly technical documentation

  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with Agile methodologies

  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation such as:

  • Technical Design Documents

  • Configuration Specifications

  • Installation or validation-related documentation

  • Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., GxP) and basic understanding of documentation standards, SOPs, and audit requirements is an advantage

  • Ability to structure content effectively

  • Basic technical literacy

  • Ability to gather and translate technical input from developers, QA, and DevOps teams into accurate documentation

  • Experience supporting documentation for change management processes, including describing system changes and technical impact at a detailed but understandable level

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure documentation quality, traceability, and consistency

  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across Development, QA, Validation, and Compliance

  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple documentation tasks/projects simultaneously

  • Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools such as:

  • Confluence and Jira

  • Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF

  • Experience with EDMS systems (e.g., Veeva Vault) is a plus

What we offer:

  • We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.

  • Maybe it’s obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates. We used to be software developers, too, and we appreciate that job!

  • A small team

  • An international working environment and international projects

  • Private medical care

  • Sports card

  • Training courses

  • Work that is 100% remote (unless you prefer another system)

We have an office in Krakow, but if you like to work remotely, that’s absolutely fine. We are OK with fully remote work. For us, you can be located anywhere. :)

Why it’s a good idea to work with People More?

  • If you are not satisfied with your work or your tasks, we’ll find a way out together!

  • If you get bored, we will offer you a new product and new, fascinating tasks

  • We will work on your brand together: you will get an opportunity to attend conferences, including as a speaker, and we will help you publish in recognized magazines and online

  • We will facilitate your access to challenges that are usually difficult to get

  • At any time, you can talk directly to the board of People More—we talk your language because the company’s founders are software developers and designers!

What does the recruitment process look like?

  • A friendly remote initial interview

  • A remote technical talk

  • The decision to work together!
