System and Business Analyst (telco)

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for System and Business Analyst.
Your duties will include:
Identify, analyze, and document business and user requirements for IT systems.
Prepare analytical, technical, and project documentation.
Model business processes using appropriate tools and notations.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, supporting all stages of project delivery.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for development teams.
Describe APIs and system integrations.
Work with data and perform basic analyses using SQL when needed.
Apply domain knowledge in telecommunications, including:
mobile and fixed telephony
MNO/MVNO environments
billing processes
telecom sales processes
number portability processes (including inter-operator transfers)
telephone number lifecycle
TM Forum standards and frameworks
Requirements that must be met:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a System / Business Analyst
Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently drive analysis work.
Hands-on experience in creating analytical and technical documentation.
Solid understanding of telecom domain concepts (mobile & fixed telephony, billing, number portability, MNO/MVNO).
Practical experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Experience in describing integrations and APIs.
Basic SQL knowledge.
Very good command of Polish.
Good working knowledge of English, allowing comfortable use of technical documentation.
Nice to have:
Experience with tools such as Enterprise Architect, Jira, Confluence, Figma.
Knowledge of BPMN and UML notations.
Understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
Experience with CRM systems and cloud solutions (especially GCP).
Familiarity with telecom-specific areas such as Number Portability (PLI CBD), Order Management, CPQ.
Knowledge of methodologies and practices supporting analytical work (Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking
