Solutions Architect - Treasury/Financial Markets

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Solutions Architect - Treasury/Financial Markets.

Your duties will include:

• Architecture Design & Evolution: Develop and refine system architecture supporting:

  • Sales and post-sales processes in financial markets (front office, back office, market risk)

  • Banking sales processes involving financial market products

  • Regulatory reporting and compliance functions

• Cross-Border Collaboration: Identify common architectural solutions across international teams, including financial markets IT units within the banking group.

• Enterprise Alignment: Work closely with the bank’s IT architecture team, ensuring adherence to established architectural standards and governance.

Requirements that must be met:

• Experience: Several years of experience as an IT Architect, preferably in banking or financial services.

• System Knowledge: Familiarity with at least one of the following platforms: Murex, Calypso, Condor (or similar), including integration with other banking and market systems.

• Integration Expertise: Proven experience in system integration or implementation of new architecture within the banking sector.

• Technology Trends: Strong understanding of current IT trends and architectural patterns.

• Business & IT Insight: Deep knowledge of key banking business areas and IT systems.

• Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and foster open dialogue across teams.

• Cybersecurity Awareness: Understanding of cybersecurity principles and their application in banking infrastructure.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulations and operational constraints related to IT infrastructure in financial institutions.

• Communication: Ability to clearly articulate architectural vision and concepts to diverse audiences.

• Organizational Skills: Excellent prioritization and task management in complex environments.

• English and Polish Proficiency: Advanced command of English and Polish, both spoken and written, for effective communication in an international setting.

• Education: University degree in a relevant field.

Nice to have:

• Data Migration Experience: Participation in data migration projects between banks.

• System Customization: Hands-on experience in customizing or developing Murex, Calypso, or Condor platforms.
