Solution Architect

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Solution Architect.

Your duties will include:

• Conceptual work: designing system architecture and documenting technical decisions.
• Collaborating with the team, including close communication with business stakeholders, to understand both business and technical requirements.
• Creating technical guidelines for the development team and supporting them in project execution.
• Ensuring the consistency and scalability of the platform, including integration between mobile and web components.
• Identifying technologies and tools that best meet the project's need

Requirements that must be met:

• Experience in designing IT solutions for mobile and web applications.
• Ability to work as an architect, with a focus on conceptual design, documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Experience in creating technical documentation and modeling IT systems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills to foster effective collaboration with the team and technology leaders.
• Very good English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience in designing cross-platform platforms or cloud-based systems.
• Familiarity with mobile technologies (iOS, Android, or Flutter).
• Technical certifications in architecture or cloud technologies.
