Senior Risk Systems Analyst / Consultant - Oracle OFSAA (ERM Modules)

We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Senior Risk Systems Analyst / Consultant - Oracle OFSAA (ERM Modules)

Your duties will include:

• Analyze and optimize OFSAA components: Data Model Management, Rules Run Framework, and Data Management Tools

• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

• Tune performance of OFSAA cycle processes for efficient data loading and reporting

• Understand and support Informatica ETL workflows integrated with OFSAA

• Design and implement reconciliation logic within OFSAA ERM

• Redefine DT rules using PL/SQL and Oracle DB performance techniques

• Build robust error handling and logging mechanisms in ETL pipelines

• Collaborate with data architects and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and compliance

• Apply deep knowledge of EDW lifecycle and data modeling principles

Requirements that must be met:

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience with OFSAA, especially in ERM modules (BASEL, ICAAP, CRA, Reconciliation)

• Strong understanding of OFSAA’s rule framework, data tools, and model management

• Proven ability to convert business requirements into technical implementations

• Experience with T2T, DT, PL/SQL-based data loading and rule enhancement

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher)

• Willingness to travel to Riyadh within the first 3 months

• Flexibility to work according to the Arabic calendar - from Sunday to Thursday

Bonus Skills:

• Leadership experience or potential

• Background in banking or financial services

• Prior collaboration with Middle Eastern clients or institutions
