ServiceNow Developer

We’re looking for a ServiceNow Developer to help us elevate the platform — with a strong focus on customer service processes, robust integrations, and delivering solutions that make the user experience smoother while automating work at scale.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

• Deep knowledge in CSM (Customer Service Management).

• Documented experience with integrations via REST and SOAP APIs.

• Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.

• Experience in configuration and customization of:

  • Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes.

  • Flow Designer and Workflows.

  • Service Portal and UI Builder.

  • Data Model / Tables / CMDB-related objects.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow Security (Roles, ACLs).

• Fluent English (Swedish is a plus).

Meriting

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS-CSM).

• Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.

• Experience from larger international organizations.
