We’re looking for a ServiceNow Developer to help us elevate the platform — with a strong focus on customer service processes, robust integrations, and delivering solutions that make the user experience smoother while automating work at scale.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Deep knowledge in CSM (Customer Service Management).
Documented experience with integrations via REST and SOAP APIs.
Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience in configuration and customization of:
Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes.
Flow Designer and Workflows.
Service Portal and UI Builder.
Data Model / Tables / CMDB-related objects.
Knowledge of ServiceNow Security (Roles, ACLs).
Fluent English (Swedish is a plus).
Meriting
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS-CSM).
Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
Experience from larger international organizations.
