Senior Backend Developer (hybrid in Warsaw)

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Senior Backend Developer.

Your duties will include:

• Build secure microservices for financial systems.

• Own services end-to-end (design → deploy → monitor).

• Improve code quality with automation & modern practices (CI/CD pipelines in 15 mins).

• Stay ahead with cutting-edge tech and share insights.

• Thrive in a meetings-light, Kanban-driven team.

Requirements that must be met:

• Minimum 8 years of experience

• Passion for learning Java/Spring nuances.

• Testing expertise.

• Team player who values autonomy.

• Happy to come to the office twice a week

• Hands-on experience with the following technologies:

  Core: Java 21, Spring Boot/Cloud 3.3

  Infra: GCP, Kubernetes

  Databases: SQL/NoSQL (picked per use case)
