Hello,

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for POS Support Specialist (1st Line Support).

Your duties will include: 

  • Handling requests from stores and points of sale

  • Supporting 228 own stores and  dealer stores

  • Supporting Meraki devices and tablets

  • Troubleshooting application-related issues

  • Travelling to locations (field service support)

  • Upgrading computers to Windows 11

  • Preparing and supporting desktop computer replacements 

  • Replacing certificates

  • Creating Windows images for stores

  • Supporting the main warehouse (device preparation and configuration)

  • Remote configuration of Zebra scanners and on-site device preparation

  • Configuring and coordinating Microtic and Cisco Meraki device replacements

  • Verifying and cleaning ESET

  • Verifying internet connection issues

  • Supporting tablets 

 Requirements that must be met:

  • Experience in IT Support / POS Support / Field Support

  • Knowledge of Windows

  • Experience supporting end-user devices

  • Basic knowledge of network devices

  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and network-related issues

  • Willingness to work on-site and travel to locations

  • Very good Polish language skills
