People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Portfolio Manager (Scaled Agile Framework - SAFe).
Your duties will include:
- Serve as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART), a team of agile teams, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to SAFe processes.
- Act as the Portfolio-level equivalent of a Scrum Master, guiding the ART in lean and agile practices at scale.
- Facilitate Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) events and processes.
- Communicate with stakeholders and escalate impediments that hinder progress.
- Manage risks and drive continuous improvement across the ART.
- Collaborate closely with Product/Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to align strategy with execution.
- Be a subject matter expert in agile practices and planning.
- Lead and support the team in making decisions and performing effectively.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions across the ART.
- Provide solutions to challenges faced by your immediate team and other teams.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Agile Planning.
Requirements that must be met:
- Advanced proficiency in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is recommended.
- Advanced proficiency in Agile Measurement and Agile Technical Coaching is suggested.
- Ability to review portfolio performance management on a regular basis.
- Capability to optimize the flow of work through the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Experience in capturing programme flow metrics and other relevant data to:
- Support relentless improvement.
- Analyze project metrics for data-informed decisions.
- Enhance team performance.
- Ability to support Product Managers in preparing for PI Planning, including:
- Ensuring the vision, roadmap, and programme backlogs are ready.
- Engaging in Package Planning.
- Proficiency in feature estimation and aggregating estimates for larger work items (e.g., capabilities and epics).
- Skilled in leading and facilitating key Agile ceremonies to promote effective communication and collaboration.
- Proactive in identifying and mitigating risks to maintain project momentum and ensure successful delivery.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members to support their professional development.
- Experience in Financial Services Technology is considered an additional asset.
- Teechnical background is a plus.
- Very good English and Polish.
- Openness to working according to the Arabic calendar: Thursday–Sunday.
