IT Technical Writer

We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for IT Technical Writer.

Your duties will include: 

• Create clear, concise, and easy‑to‑understand documentation for IT teams, including developers and internal technical users.

• Produce technical, operational, compliance, and informal supporting documentation.

• Write user guides, manuals, runbooks, guidelines, and platform usage instructions.

• Harmonize and organize existing materials; bring order to documentation chaos.

• Collaborate closely with developers to gather and validate information.

• Translate complex technical topics into accessible language without losing accuracy.

• Deliver all documentation in English at C1/C2 level.

• Apply a light, structured writing style focused on usability and quick information absorption.

• Operate independently: shape document structure, formats, and standards with minimal guidance.

Requirements that must be met:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT documentation.

• Excellent command of English: C1+ (ideally C2).

• Strong understanding of technical environments (developer tools, architecture, platforms).

• Ability to work effectively with developers and ask the right clarifying questions.

• Clear, concise writing style focused on practical usability.

• High independence and strong organizational skills—ability to structure and clean up complex documentation areas.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Mendix or other low‑code environments.

• Background in writing documentation for technical platforms.
