Business Development Manager (IT Consulting / Staff Augmentation)

We’re looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager who knows how to open doors, build trust, and turn conversations into real projects. If you’re someone who enjoys winning new clients, understands how IT consulting works, and can connect business needs with delivery capabilities – this role is for you.

🚀 What you’ll be doing:

• Actively acquire new clients on the Polish & foreign markets (mid & large companies, fintech, enterprise)

• Build strong relationships with decision-makers

• Own the full sales cycle – from first contact to signed deal

• Identify opportunities for staff augmentation & consulting services

• Work closely with delivery & recruitment to shape offers that sell

• Build and manage your own pipeline (quality > quantity)

• Grow accounts and turn first deals into long-term partnerships

• Represent us at industry events, meetups, and networking opportunities

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• You’ve already closed deals in IT services / consulting

• You know how to bring new clients

• You know how to connect client needs with the right technical expertise and delivery model

• You’re comfortable talking to both business and technical stakeholders

• You demonstrate a high level of ownership and autonomy in developing new business opportunities

• Fluent Polish & English

• Experience with nearshore / offshore models
