IT Service Delivery Manager (relocation to Munich area)

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for IT Service Delivery Manager (relocation to Munich area).

Your duties will include:

• You will ensure excellent service delivery, foster stakeholder satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic and international environment.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT outtasking services in line with SLAs and client expectations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• Lead and coordinate internal teams as well as external subcontractors.

• Drive operational excellence through continuous service improvement.

• Monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

• Act as the primary operational contact for clients and facilitate regular service reviews.

• Support the development of service delivery processes and contribute to strategic improvements.

Requirements that must be met:

• At least 5 years of experience in a Service Delivery Manager or similar role within the IT services industry.

• Proven track record in managing IT service delivery in complex, international environments.

• Solid knowledge of IT service management frameworks.

• ITIL certification is required.

• Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus.

• Experience in managing third-party vendors and external service providers.

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

• Excellent team leadership and people management capabilities.

• Business fluent in English (min.C1).

• Good German skills (min.B2) is an advantage.
